A quick thank you in response to your email request for
feedback.

The instructions/guidance in measuring up etc were easy
to follow and made it very simple to get right. Even installation instructions
must've been great as my husband had the blind hanging the day after we got it
(not the usual weeks of procrastination)!

Love the blind! Perfect fit, just as we expected and
great quality. Will be measuring up the rest of the room to replace whats there
ASAP.

Only thing that. Only thing that may make the whole
experience better would be an on-line payment option built into website, since
this would instil more confidence for a first time buyer, rather than having to
call up?

Blinds.  Just received my second order of blinds and they look fantastic -
love the colour - Sunshadow Charcoal/Sand.  We installed these in a
bay window, so it's a little difficult getting the measurements right, but
these ones are nearly perfect.  Your website is so easy to
use, payment quick and easy over the phone, and timeframe for receiving
blinds is excellent.  I'll definately be ordering some more once
I decide on a colour from your huge range.

Hi my 3 bedroom blinds are up and I am very pleased. They only arrived on Monday 21^st November, before your email!

I paid a local, professional curtain/blind installer to do it for me, which was a great idea. Very professional, quick and cheap.

One of the blinds had a chip off the end of it, but the installer and I decide to accept it as it was, as it won’t make much difference to them; he said it is just to keep the pulley rope in place. I just thought you should know that your couriers are a little rough.

I was successful with all my measurements which was nice to hear, your web site is therefore good.

very good it blocks more sunlight than I expected ( which is good) and we still
retain our view.

Hi Guys,
We were actually very happy with the quality of the blinds and how
they looked. 
We did have some issues with the delayed delivery but we dealt with it. It
would be great to get an ETA from Toll.
Now, we recieved 9 blinds which means we should have recieved 36 screws.
We got 29. Lucky I hold a variety of screws in my tool box that closely
matched.
Thanks for ebveything though it save me maybe $800, the intallation isn't for
everybody though.

Feedback:

Instructions for measuring these windows was very clear on the web. It was also great to be
able to get free samples of the blind material/colour - as we were initially
going to have black blinds but when we got our samples realised that white
would look a lot better.

Installation was
quite easy  - although it would have been good to have received a couple
of spare screws as we dropped a couple in our shag pile carpet and still
haven't found them!!

The only negative
feedback would be that we had to wait so long for our blackout blinds which
were on backorder - but we understand that sometimes this is out of the control
of the suppliers

We have lots of
other rooms to paint and blinds to organise so we will definitely use you guys
again.

I did receive my roller blinds within the suggested time frame. I was impressed with how securely they were packaged for delivery.

The blinds were easy to install, fitted very well and were exactly as ordered. I will be happy to use your services for future blinds.

Two small points for your consideration:

-I ordered a dual blind system and brackets. The arms on the brackets were different lengths and although I am sure I have installed them correctly you could include a note about the correct positioning for installation if this is critical.

-when ordering dual blinds I selected the default of one chain each side but I could not find an option to select which side I wanted the chain on for the back blind and which side for the front blind.

We now have our blinds up and are extremely happy with the result. We had a pretty complicated set of windows to get fitted and every single time we rang your team the person we spoke to was only too happy to help (even if we were asking the same questions over and over just to sure!!!) It was great that you sent out the fabric samples and the brackets for us to measure our windows before we ordered - and that there was no delivery charge for these smaller items.

When our blinds arrived, we had a slight problem with a few blinds but it was easily fixed and i was called back to discuss the issue first thing in the morning and the problem was fixed by the next day. I worked out that we saved well over $1000 ordering your blinds instead of purchasing from other companies.

The following are my thoughts re our recent purchase of 18 roller blinds 

The purchase experience was very easy and straight forward, given that we had done our prep and knew exactly what we wanted

We had found you via Google and had spent some hours exploring all the different types of materials   We asked for and received your samples and found the colours to be quite different to what we saw on line – probably our screen is not colour calibrated very well  -  on screen colours looked a lot more blue.  A consumer warning may help some folk to take more time and ask for the samples

I spoke with Travis and he was very helpful prior to placing our first order (we have a second order with you at this time)

Jamie called to advise shipping time and we were here to receive the blinds

Fitting was quite easy  The screws do not go flat to the metal ( an advantage when you have to take them out when you stuff up ( as I did a few times))

We wanted an inside fit and after talking to Travis about the pros & cons of fitting to inside over a sliding door we decided that this is what we had to do to get the look we wanted    We discovered that there was only just enough space to fit the metal to the door frames and that the rolled up blind was touching the top of the centre mullion of the sliding door  

The solution was to grind (angle grinder) down the top of the mullion to get sufficient  clearance   This works and the result is good

Also we have awning windows and we have learnt to keep the winders which are set at an angle from vertical  -   at 12.00 o’clock  -   to keep clear for the lowered blinds

The blind and fabric arrived yesterday.  I've re-covered the pelmet - a couple of hours work with rulers, cutting and lots of glue - installed everything and it all looks great.  Not being a part of the decision-making team I was concerned that the red would overpower the room, but the colour works well. My seven-year-old-son whose room it is assures me that the colour will help sleeping; always a good thing.

Only problem was with the delivery company who were to deliver last Wednesday but for some reason didn't - I think the number of stairs up to the house scared the driver. Were delivered two days later which was OK with us. The blind and fabric arrived yesterday.  I've re-covered the pelmet - a couple of hours work with rulers, cutting and lots of glue - installed everything and it all looks great.  Not being a part of the decision-making team I was concerned that the red would overpower the room, but the colour works well. My seven-year-old-son whose room it is assures me that the colour will help sleeping; always a good thing.

Yes, my blinds were received perfectly as described 13 days after ordering.  They arrived at 4.30pm and my husband had them installed by about 6.30.  I have just ordered my second lot this evening  for 3 other rooms and plan to finish the rest of the house in the New Year.  Thank you so much for excellent service and product.  We were recommended by our friends (my husband installed theirs) and we will certainly be doing the same recommendation for other friends.  We are the sort of people who have always done everything ourselves (seamstress, carpenter, etc.) but sometimes you just need to outsource.

Hi Team We received our blind in good order and condition and now that it’s fitted it looks great and does the job for which we were hoping. Your service was terrific, right down to the courier who rang as requested before delivery………quite a novelty in this neck of the woods! We had only one small problem, ours , not yours. Having put the blind up we realized that it was upside down and needed to take it down to correct. It would have been helpful if the instruction sheet contained directions on how to remove the blind, not only for those who install it incorrectly, but also for later cleaning or painting purposes. I rang your office and received concise instructions and was able to correct our problem. This was a great online buying experience and one we will be repeating. Thanks and regards

Thanks for the check up email. We took ages to install the blinds as we had to finish painting. We love them. Very easy to install and they look good. The delivery was really quick from order and the website is very easy to use and helpful. The only query that wasn't answered online was regarding how to get the blinds down once they're installed. My husband emailed and we got called back promptly and after hours with the instructions. Very impressive. We've just placed an order for the rest of our windows.

Received the blinds as requested and cannot be more satisfied than what I was, including my wife. I had not expected to find such a great product at an affordable price either. Prices received from some blind manufacturers have been double the price and including a 20-30% discount rate. The delivery times were also great as with most blind manufacturers the delivery is usually 2-3 weeks from order at a minimum. The ordering process was very simple and user friendly as were the colour samples that we had chosen and received. I would recommend any of our friends whom are looking for blinds to us you guys. As with ordering things over the net I was a bit hesitant not knowing anything about you guys, but I thought what the heck and gave you guys a chance. Thanks heaps.
