Blind Installation
Hold the chain winder bracket up to where you intend to fix the bracket and with a pencil mark inside the 2 outer holes in the bracket (fig.1 for inside mount and fig.2 for outside mount).

Remove the bracket and drill a small hole on each mark approx. 3mm (1/8”) wide. Hold the bracket back up and with the screws supplied drill 1 into each hole. Repeat the same with the idle end bracket (fig.3).
Pick up the blind and insert the chain winder end in the chain winder bracket (fig.4) first insuring that the 2 lines on the top of the chain winder (fig.5) are facing upwards.

Once the chain winder end is fully in place push the idle up until the spring loaded pin clicks into place (fig.6).
The blind is now in place and ready to be operated. Pull the blind down fully and back up fully a couple of times to ensure that the blind is running smoothly. Once you are happy with the blinds operation pull the blind down fully to the bottom position where you would like the blind to stop. Once in position gently squash the chain stop on the front chain for a back rolled blind (fig.7) at the top where the chain comes out of the chain winder, or on the back chain for a front rolled blind.
Finally attach the chain safe with the screw supplied (fig.8)
