This option works well to have 1 blind over the 1st sliding door and then 1 blind over the other 2 panels so that there is no chain hanging down in the centre of window/door. Simply measure from the inside edge of the window/door frame on the door side to the centre of the first window/door frame. Then from the centre of that window/door frame to the inside edge on the other side. Enter these measurements into the website. For the drop measurement simply measure from the top of the window/door frame to the floor and select “Inside Mount”. These blinds need to be ordered as separate blinds.
Please refer to general info below before ordering this option.
General Information regarding sliding / bi-folding and french doors
Usually most blinds being fitted to doors need to be fitted to the architrave or wall surrounding the door/window frame. It is normally the case that the reveal of the window/door is smaller and has larger frames on the door. You also must be aware that the handles on the door(s) can make it difficult to mount blinds inside the reveal. Please inspect you doors carefully before choosing to mount your blinds inside the reveal.
Please be aware that you will get a gap of approximately 35mm in-between the fabric of the blinds when you have multiple blinds mounted next to each other even though the brackets are mounted next to each other. To minimise this gap you can link multiple blinds together at a cost of $50 per link and this will bring the gap back to about 25mm but the blinds cannot be operated individually. This is also a very good option for avoiding having a chain hanging down in the centre of a large door. Because we have tried to keep the website as simple as possible there is no provision on the website to order linked blinds please contact the office on 1300 789 470 for more information about ordering linked blinds.
